Based on the given statements, select the most appropriate option to solve the given question. What will be the total weight of 10 poles each of same weight?

Statements:

(I) One fourth of the weight of a pole is 5Kg.

(II) The total weight of these poles is 160Kg more than the total weight of two poles.

Statement I alone is not sufficient.

Either I or II alone is sufficient

Both statements I and II together are not sufficient.

Explanation:

Suppose weight of each pole is ‘x’

By statement -1:

 

Weight of 10 poles =10x=200kg

By Statement-2:

10x=2x+160

X= 20kg

Weight of 10 poles =10x = 200kg

Both statements alone are sufficient.
